Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shootspace Nexus website and studio rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may browse as a guest, but booking requires an account with accurate contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Placing a hold reserves a time window without payment and may be released if not confirmed. A confirmed booking requires acceptance of our policies and, when applicable, a certificate of insurance (“COI”). We may request a security deposit for certain productions.
Listed hourly rates exclude overtime, cleaning, and optional add-ons. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. Excessive trash, damage, or policy violations may incur additional fees.
Standard cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking start time are refundable minus processing fees. Within 7 days, partial refunds may apply. Within 48 hours, bookings are generally non-refundable. City-specific rules may vary.
Client agrees to comply with posted safety rules, occupancy limits, fire codes, and building regulations. Hazardous activities, pyrotechnics, and open flames are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing and permitted by law.
We may require COI naming Shootspace Nexus as additional insured for certain productions. You are responsible for permits and compliance with relevant laws and union rules.
Do not use our services to produce or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or compliance reasons.
Site content, trademarks, and software are owned by Shootspace Nexus or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific studios or dates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shootspace Nexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific booking at issue.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shootspace Nexus and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
